Another Supportive Lift day. Felt pretty good on all lifts today.

The last time I did these I only got 4 reps at 160, so I “reset’ by taking 10% off and starting over.

Squats
- 247.5 x 3

I mixed in one rep of Low Bar Squats at 245. It felt completely unnatural. I find if I’m going to squat low bar, I need to start right from warm ups and squat every rep low bar. Today’s experiment confirmed my hypothesis.
Incline Bench

Weighted Dips
- 211 x 4, 5, 4
Some decline sit up’s.

After a long day with a lot of driving yesterday, I expected today’s training to suffer but everything felt excellent today.
Squats
- 250×3
- 275×1
- 250×2
- 255×2
- 247.5 x 3
I jumped around a lot with the weight to keep things interesting. The 275 was snappy with the quickness.
