Cardio strategies for Fat Loss

There are none. That’s not how fat loss happens. On the left, I did regular cardio on a stair climber. Almost daily, fasted, for 45 minutes to an hour. On the right, exactly 1 year of dieting later, with zero cardio. Zero.

Lift weights. Eat less.
