I had the pleasure of training with my daughter yesterday and she shot some video for me.

Still getting 6 reps in my working sets, so I’ve got quite a way to go in PNP2 before I need to move to PNP3. Pleased with my technique and form here. I’ve been working on it a long time.

I have to give the director two thumbs down for the camera work on this film.
Deadlift 286.6 (130KG) x 5
I stopped at 5 out of sheer laziness. I got 6 in my next set.
I look pretty damned lanky at 172 lbs. I will continue to do my best to add muscular body weight to this old frame.
