Avocado

Having discovered avocado very late in life, I am experimenting to see if everything tastes better with avocado on it. Today's subject: Salmon Filet. Having gently fried my salmon in butter, I then laced it with an entire avocado. Verdict: Salmon Filet with Avocado > Salmon Filet without Avocado.
